Pros

> supportive team to help you when you're in need > non toxic environment > from experience been wfh as their office that time still renovating > company perks such as optical,dental, voucher for work anniversary/birthday, gift pack during festive season

Cons

> not really a cons but more to challenge in keep updating new info in terms of product knowledge so can educate customers better. > as a customer service, need to mind that it's a shift work. last operation hour at 12am/ sometimes 2am depends on sales season. and shift rotation based.
