      Pros

      You will learn lots of new big data technologies.

      Cons

      There is no proper distribution of work and very slim chances of growing career. Survival of the company seems bleak in long term. Like other post said its sinking ship.

      1)Excellent Engineering Team 2)India team given equal responsibilities and importance as USA team. 3)Opportunity to learn hot new technologies 4)Work Life Balance 5) Free food

      Cons

      1) Work distribution is poor. Few engineers always get good work others who are equally good (some were even better) don't get interesting and difficult tasks.
