Pros
Relaxed work environment, Nice people there aside from the management level.
Cons
Director makes racist jokes and you can’t say anything about it because he owns the company. My manager said in my review that I was doing well and learning steadily and then 2 weeks later fired me for not reaching a colleagues level who had been there for 20+ years.
