Cons
There is only one man in the management who does or tries to do everything and fails horribly in every department. There is no HR, Accountant, Project Manager, SysAdmin, or Marketing, nothing. Everyone has to work outside their job scope. There is a salary payment issue. Compensation is never disbursed on time; sometimes, 50% is cut without prior notice. There is no company benefits whatsoever. The engineers are often given impossible tasks and even if they complete the task according to the requirement, they are yelled at for not doing anything out of the box. If they do anything out of the box they are yelled at for not strictly following orders. No work-life balance.
