      Pros

      No pros you can learn a lot technologies but cannot implement your learning in project

      Cons

      Partiality for everything, Friendly company for management family members only. Rude behaviour from delivery manager.Team lead members are filled with family members.you dont even get a opportunity to work in a live project unless you are their family members. Team lead doesn't have sufficient coding or technical knowledge.even for the emergency leaves we need to compensate.

      1.No salary hike 2.Team leaders are management family members so beaware 3. Management guys are cunning they wont speak truth 4. You can learn here anything but they torture if you are benefit to you 5. They behave badly always 6. They recruit poor peoples/ fear of english from rural areas to suck their blood 7. Working hours daily minimum 10hrs maximum 18hrs

      1) There is no proper way of treating employees and They don't respect . 2) Company Management is worst because they don't know how to speck to a employees and they don't have enough money to pay hardworking employees 3) They will make the office on Weekends (They Don't pay OT(Over Time Money)) 4) Office work hour is more than 9 Hours 5) No New Technology Improvement 6) There is no learning curve for the fresher (Better learn at your home)
