Bad place after Solera Acquisition, micro management

There is nothing positive in this company now, it used to be a good place prior to Solera Acquisition.
Cons
Worst HR department you would ever see in your career. They don’t even bother to respond to the queries of employees let alone resolving it. People keep posting and raising their issues on Teams channel but no one bothers to respond. Even for getting the payslip you need to be after them and then you might get it after 20th of that month. Appraisal (single digit on lower side) would be delayed by many months and they won’t even respond. There’s no LTA component in the salary and people are asking for a couple of years but they don’t bother. Employees get frustrated due to non responding behaviour of HRs still they don’t care. Too much of micro management, they would track everything on your machine with ActivTrak software and on top of that you need to fill up two timesheets with minute to minute detail of your work. Medical insurance is pathetic, they have 50% limit for parents of the total insurance amount with 20% co-pay and a lot of other restrictions. Most of the old employees (more than 1 year old) have already left the company or serving the notice period or attending interviews or planning to quit. Join this company only and only if you do not have any other offer in your hand.
