      None. It's a downfall for everyone working here.

      Cons

      Unprofessional. No policies. The Upper management has no boundaries, toxic environment, micro-management and they don't pay you on time or they just don't pay you for your job. This company really needs a quality check.

      The main head give you fake promises to join the company within 1 week they expect to show outcome otherwise they change your post into intern and threaten you for salary deduction
