      There are some genuine hard workers and good people. Generally flexible with work hours.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team self serving. Lack of accountability and ownership. Very poor communication from top down.

      Flexible around working block hours, good work colleagues, table tennis table available during breaks. Office location in centre of Canberra centre above post office convenient.

      Cons

      Small working room with no windows, no obvious career progression, not a sustainable position to consider for a full term career for those with a higher education.
