      DL has afforded me amazing opportunities for growth as a young professional. I joined DL right out of college and was afforded opportunities for personal growth in my career via certifications and training that interested me, as well as opportunities to improve the company culture by serving on various committees and teams based around company culture and improvement.

      Cons

      None come to mind currently.

      Lots of intelligent people with strong work ethic. Many corporate events are for networking, learning, socializing, or relaxing.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture, unlimited FTO, management recognizes your hard work and dedication to the company and to clients. Clear lines of communication to executive leadership exist, and managers and peers are always open to suggestions and constructive criticism about work and company culture. Competitive 401k match.

      Cons

      No downsides to working here. The only job I’ve ever felt so positive about.

      Traffic is bad to get to the office, but most positions are remote/semi-remote. Really there are no cons!
