Cons
Honestly, the problem with this company starts with Gita. There’s zero real understanding of sales, just taking clients out for drinks and calling it “business strategy.” On top of that, there’s this pressure on the team to join in, even if they’re clearly not comfortable. That’s not culture, that’s poor leadership. The whole place runs like a typical lala company. No structure, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for employees. People in charge act like they can do whatever they want, with zero accountability. And the biggest joke, salaries aren’t even paid on time. In 2026, that shouldn’t even be a conversation. Even the most basic jobs manage that much. If you’re thinking of joining as an intern, just don’t. You’ll end up working endlessly for months and get barely anything in return, around ₹20k for six months. And the worst part, if you leave early, they expect you to pay it back. That says everything. They sell you this idea of “growth” and “opportunity,” but there’s nothing there. No real learning, no direction, just empty promises.
