      There are no pros to work in the company.

      Cons

      No proper work culture. No proper work timings. You have to come on time no matter how late you worked last night. Does not care about the employee growth and sentiments. There is no management in the company. Nothing good about the company.

      This is not a true review and provides a misleading picture of the company and the work culture. If our guess is right, this is from someone we hired and who joined the company for three days and later contested the word bonus - and wanted the bonus to be guaranteeed and NOT tied to performance. And this person did not show up for work the following day with a text message saying they quit the job. This is an inappropriate, angry and untrue review. Unfortunate they wanted to take this out this way. Good luck!

      Great exposure despite being a small setup — got to work with big clients like Tropicana. Opportunity to work with a wide variety of tools and technologies. Friendly colleagues and supportive upper management. Very good learning environment, especially for freshers. Good Work Life Balance

      UK shifts may be challenging for some people depending on personal schedule.

      Pros

      One of the best organizations I have worked with. I had been with the company for 4.5 years. It had been a riveting experience working with US clients, solving business challenges, and developing solutions. Very kind and jolly atmosphere. All are very supportive and helpful. The organization constantly provides performance incentives, career growth, learning, and upskilling opportunities.

      Cons

      Work is in US hours. Not fully hybrid, but based on need, one can work from home.
