Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! Continuous employee feedback is a strong part of DSA's foundation and is important for our firm's continued success. While we are well known for our fantastic talented team, our great office culture and our top-of-the-line benefits package we recognize that we have experienced some growing pains through the years. We have invested valuable time this past year to streamline and successfully roll out our updated business plan; including our organization chart, job descriptions, salary structures, and so much more. All of this has been to provide opportunities for continued personal and company wide growth. We agree that a work life balance is imperative to an enjoyable employee experience. In a business like ours, deadlines happen, but we always do our best to avoid unrealistic timelines. As such, DSA offers a Comp time policy where employees cannot work more than 45 hours a week without pre-approval and hour for hour comp time in return.
