I had the misfortune of working here and interacting with some of the most ruthless people. Colleagues would regularly have mental breakdowns from the amount of pressure SLT would put on them. SLT would always set the team up, especially juniors to fail with overreaching expectations and timelines. You can expect textbook helicopter management and no credit for your ideas. No one really gets along with each other because the company breeds a shaming policy for people that make mistakes in projects. Being shouted at and insulted in meetings is a regular occurrence. There is no proper feedback or review system that is aimed towards development or growth. It’s only about squeezing the maximum out of people with no recognition or respect. There used to be some great people on the team who chose to leave because of exactly this culture. There is no ethnic diversity in the company.
