Senior management often makes decisions without consulting their teams, and direction changes frequently with little communication. Employees are not trusted to use their professional expertise, and leaders intervene in areas they lack knowledge in. The company suffers from constant understaffing, where one person is expected to handle the workload of several. Despite this, performance is criticized rather than supported. The overall environment feels disorganized and demoralizing.
