Pros
Will be able to appreciate almost any other work place once you leave here. You will develop great anger management skills, at least in work place. Ideal place for people in long distance relationships. Because you will not get any time for temptations. Ideal for people with an unhappy married life. Because you will not have to make up lies for spending less time with your partner. You will be spending 10-12 hours minimum and on weekends also you will be working. Very warm HR team, but they’re cold at heart, especially the senior, at least the environment makes them. Really great leadership. It is highly commendable how they keep on making money by shipping products that are almost like a pebble tower. The leadership is well connected. So good luck applying for jobs in Cochin. Keep away from fingent as their HR team will not hire you and report back to dexlock that you are applying.
Cons
I’m not writing this with the grudge over been fired or sorts. I’m am employee who is having a hard time seeing a lot of my friends mistreated, abused and humiliated verbally, offers from other companies blocked by dexlock and eventually fired. I am like stuck here but hope that the management might identify me and fire me. You must have seen in LinkedIn that company is hiring a huge number of people frequently over an year now. Ask yourself, if they have been hiring in that pace, then how come total number of employees remain the same? As somebody described this is a TERMINATor company. You will be put to projects as shadows of senior developers. It won’t stop even if you are experienced. You will be a shadow of more experienced one. As clients will not be knowing this, their expectations will be higher and dexlock will do nothing to bring it down. Which will lead to all the issues I mentioned above. Do not be confused by seeing reviews like these and other reviews that say no cons. The no cons reviews are posted by some devs or senior devs who are boot lickers of management and HR. They know politics more than coding. think yourself. How can someone have no cons? Even a minor one. So guys and gals, sort reviews by lowest to highest and read through them. Read through the lines. Most of them are written by blood and tears. So anyways good luck with your new job.
