Location you are isolated from everything, it feels like a prison especially when you walk around the building doing your daily laps around the grounds. Management across all levels who should not be called managers as they have zero leadership skills. Some don't even bother to engage their team members and others a bullies. The executive earn far too much for the value they deliver, they have no vision and in time watch the profit numbers decline as a result. The systems and tools used by staff makes it frustrating to do your job, if they only spent the same sort of money on tools as they do on executive salaries. I could go on but l think you get the picture.
