      Pros

      work flair when hired is decent Remote work is ok

      Cons

      - no covered holidays - no contribution to health insurance - Ridiculous amount of micromanaging ( you cant go to the bathroom without them knowing) - Worse documentation ive ever come across - Low compensation for the work they want you to do - Management is more like a frat house and they hire a bunch of "nerds" to handle the real work - Management cant handle critiquing - sells false hopes and dreams with no hope of actually following through

      Pros

      Most of the people there are helpful and friendly to work with.

      Cons

      High stress Manager there would cut you off in the middle of explanations and really wouldn't listen to anything you have to say. Very high micro management you can correct what they see is wrong but they still will not see it. They do not contribute anything to your health insurance.
