- Accountability and hard work is appreciated - Substantial exposure to the top management - Lot of freedom to operate and be, as long as you deliver on metrics - The company is on a hockey stick growth curve, exciting times to be in it - Can quickly scale your role and responsibilities

- Business moves too fast, almost everyone plays catch up - Work life balance is difficult to manage for the senior team
