Pros
The entire team, from the founder and CEO, to the customer support team, to the engineers, are fantastic, fun, dynamic people. Fully remote, equipment provided, benefits second to none.
Cons
The only con I can possibly think of is that sometimes customers are grumpy, but that’s true of every job.
