The more experienced you are, the looonger your hours of work. Very non-professional and sometimes even toxic office workers. May cheat with salary expectations.
There are good people. Your colleagues I mean. There is free time sometimes. Depends on the project. There are nice customers. It is nice to work there.
Cons
There are in most cases only russian customers. There are no english speaking customers. That is what I do not like.
