Terrible salaries, the company's strategy is to make employees always hope for a salary increase, but never get there. No compensation for extra time No annual increases Always under FAKE pressure No clear instructions or deadlines corrupted hierarchical management They layoff employees as they please without any reasoning Nothing to learn there You have to keep working hard on yourself, because In-circuit-testing is a dying field, and you will not make use of the years of experience you earned there when you join any other company
