Fast-paced and positive environment, friendly co-workers, opportunities to learn about the business, and great product/direct mail program. Of all the sales organizations I have worked in, I have learned the most and enjoy my work the most here.
Cons
Not necessarily a con but be prepared to always be learning! The company continues to grow and change.
