      Worth it as long as it’s not slow season

      Pros

      Tips are good during busy season.

      Cons

      8 hour shift with no breaks, no lunch area to sit and eat, management only cares about sales floor, slow season is crippling. Expected to eat on the go in between serving customers and tables. Minimum wage. BOH gets 100% food comp where as servers snd FOH only get 50%.

      My pay was decent only because I made commission

      Cons

      Upper management recently changed and the company lost sight of its values and respect. Food quality suffered. Which makes for more guest issues and lack of clients.They have 0 marketing so they over work their bartenders to the max to get people in. The owners run the company like a boys club. Needs are not met

      There are no pros in comparison to other bars in the city. They have a great menu, that would be it.

      Cons

      Poorly managed company. The GM's at every one of their locations never had any management experience prior to working for Distill.
