      Pros

      Small company, seemingly with access to leadership and the ability to make an overall positive impact on the company and its growth

      Cons

      Many cons to this company. Poor leadership, poor company communication. No guidance for strategic growth. Over promises and under delivers. Disrespectful and demeaning culture.

      Pros

      CEO is a really nice guy, which is completely strange for a CEO. He genuinely seems to care about the employees and tries his best to take care of you. As a full-time contractor at a customer site, I also appreciate their hands-off approach. Basically, as long as you are doing your job and your customer is happy, the corporate office does not bother you.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of negatives to report. I know each contract is different, so I can't speak for every employee, but salary might be a negative. I took a pretty decent pay cut to take this job with promises of bigger things to come in the future (those bigger things are still TBD), but everything else sounded great so I'm still hoping that when all is said and done it will have been worth it.

      -Pay -Size of company (50) employees so you have direct access to CEO and Management and they will support you professionally in any way. -Flexible schedules depending on site

      Scope of work based on Gov't requirements which are not always clear and concise
