      - Yearly salary increase - Environment feels like home - Performance Bonus - You will become independent

      Cons

      - Too much workload - Unable to immediately find manpower replacement. Employees will cover the resigned employees works. - Computer issuance is based on position not on your file size or workload. Resulting you to spend more time waiting for your computer to respond. - Training/ coaching is depending on your boss. Some don't coach.
