Very much ruling with an iron fist. There is no flexibility with regard to anything, and there is a lot of micromanagement.
Socialising with other staff members is strictly prohibited, but only if you are not a senior member of staff or part of a 'clique'.
Receive absolutely zero training, which is frustrating when you are given tasks to complete within a certain timeframe which you are incapable of doing.
You WILL be disciplined if you are even a few seconds 'late'.
Particularly high turnover of staff.
Can be a very secondary school environment, in terms of both social hierarchy and over the top rules which you would expect to be in place for teenagers.
