      Pros

      - Talented young guys around focused on the outcome - Flex work hours, fully remote - Autonomy in your teams in the way how to do stuff - Clear centralized processes, like on-call duty, inclident management, etc

      Cons

      - Salary outside Russia are in tenge with twisted rate, so you earn less than expected - The company becoming more rigid with less space to make an impact - The culture is changing to become less people-centric and more 'generic' - Upper management growth options are limited
