Plenty of opportunities to develop cross-functional team skills. Excellent opportunity to learn more about the current state and key factors concerning the development of healthcare technology in the U.S. Offers many chances to sample various role responsibilities.
Cons
Evident lack of genuine interest to foment honest, respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with employees. Cascading lack of accountability and clarity concerning several key organizational aspects (vision implementation, project goals, task assignments, etc.)
