Lack of direction, poor middle management
Pros
- Opportunity to gain experience in guiding yourself through the entire outreach process. - CCO and CEO are super smart, understanding, and do their best to address any concern an employee may have - The product itself is great and provides many benefits to Automotive Dealers (When they aren't setting records due to market conditions)
Cons
- Compensation far below the industry average (SaaS) - Limited benefit options - No path for career advancement - High turnover - Micromanagement - Too much emphasis on high-level "VP" roles, the company was willing to shift middle management into roles that fit their "strengths", but would not do the same for the overqualified individuals they hired for the SDR positions - Employees were told they were appreciated but took no action to show that appreciation (Made promises to send tokens of appreciation but never followed through)
