      Pros

      None. Some people are nice but majority will sabotage you. It’s a reflect of the awful management.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. They manage to their interests and the employee stays in second or even third plan. They do what is convenient for them and spin the truth to their favor.

      Good pay and overtime availability

      Cons

      No clear direction from management. They let charge hands make decisions regarding peoples employment with no consultation. This led to an illegal situation where the company has failed to provide ROE's, pay stubs, and any information about what happened. Be prepared to be blind sided as there are never any attempts to proactively communicate expectations, so you just have to hope you hit them.

      Talented Engineers, Innovative Projects. You get to see new products and rides for Universal Studios or disneyland but that's really all there is to it

      Mismanagement Misinformation Everybody hates each other Meeting are to pin point mistakes and scream at each other Awful work environment No money to pay vendors so projects are delayed All projects are delayed
