      Refused to pay me for time worked

      Pros

      None. They have no 401k, they lack effective leadership, they lack integrity, and actively break labor laws.

      Cons

      I quit right before payday, and I am now having to sue them to recoup my lost wages. Companies like this need to be shut down. I have filed a complaint with the labor department, and they will be served with a lawsuit this week. Do yourself a favor and skip this company. Most of these five star reviews are from management.

      Pros

      Certain members of the leadership team are supportive and genuinely care for more than their own gain. Great work/life balance under CERTAIN leadership. So many of the lower level individuals exhibit great interpersonal qualities that guarantee fun work days.

      Cons

      Growth happened too quickly. Leadership values changed , and the overall feel of the company culture took a nose dive under big talkers who were promoted too quickly.

      Pros

      Good people in non management positions. This is where the genuine people are at this company. Good flexibility

      Cons

      Flexibility comes at a low salary cost. Management is for the most part big talkers. Sales is full of big talkers and empty promises. Seems like that’s what it takes to get promoted here. There are no benefits to being a senior employee here. Ownership pushes the blame off on others for their decisions. This company was great to work for until the past 1 1/2 years or so. Focus has went the total wrong direction
