      Sleeping in your night time is a daydream

      Pros

      Not a bad culture but not a great one.

      Cons

      Worst management, worst politics, worst hikes after SSI becomes Dyanata. Working only in night shift is a big concern of any employee in this organization, especially in Hyderabad office but management don't want to loose it's typical trademark(We do complex projects only) even though it's employees struggle with their hard lives(loosing friends, family and many other).

      I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. I realize that the merger created a lot of change, but it was done very strategically and to create a better long-term organization for employees and our clients. We understand working night shifts is difficult but an important part of servicing our global clients.

      No work life balance

      1. Flexible in and out timings 2. Work from home facility. 3. Fun and work culture. 4. Good place for a fresher up to 2 years only.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. 2. Management treats their employees as slaves just like "we will through money on face, just work for us like a donkey". 3. Full of partialities. If you maintain good rappo with your manager, you don't need to work at all. Just come to office and play. 4. Bonus plans and hike policies are like fixed to a person, not based on individual performance or any other factors. 5. If you stay here for more than 2 years, you can't go out. Because your mind can not work for another job outside.

      I am sorry you feel this way. As you know Dynata has put a lot of focus and energy into trying to create a culture to inspire people to learn and grow while building their careers with the company. We frequently survey our employees to get a pulse on the organization and have implemented many programs as a result of hearing from our teams across the globe.       Cons

      You will be shocked when you get your salary in hand and think about what is mentioned in your pay slip. Night shift allowance is included in the salary slip which is a very bad thing.
