Thankyou for taking the time to leave some feedback about your experience with us. We are saddened to hear that you feel as though there were no cons to working at E-Mobility and you did not enjoy your time with us.
As a company, we ensure regular 3 monthly personal development reviews are carried out with each individual, to understand if there are any queries/concerns during your employment with us, so it's a shame to hear this upon your absence.
A number of the cons you mention are held very highly throughout our main values within the company, so are shocked to hear you feel this way.
Here at E-Mobility Search, we offer bonus incentives to all our employees (in addition) to their main role, as a reward for their hard work and continued support. As per our original company policy, which is explained to all employees during their on-boarding process, you will receive all bonus payments in the same month's salary, as long as certain criteria is met and you are in employment with us and not serving notice at the time of issue. It also states that we have the right to withdraw or amend bonus at any time, as per the needs of the business, however this is always communicated with our team members prior to making any changes.
The mental and physical health of all our employees is of utmost importance to us and that is something we take very seriously. However, going forward, we will make sure that all concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately, so that everyone has the best possible experience working with us!
