      Pros

      The people that pass through the doors are good, and create lasting friendships.

      Cons

      Good at underbidding jobs, which affects bonuses and work hours. I Idonated many hours to the company because of this.. When the work slows down, they are quick to abandon good engineers. They values a dollar more than their enginneers.

      Great local management, usual beefs with upper management

      Pros

      The local management and technical contributors, even at other company locations, seem to be great people to work with who are very good at what they do.

      Cons

      The upper management has the usual upper management problems: strange cost-cutting decisions, occasionally accidentally incentivizing bureaucratic compliance more than paying work with their focus on accounting, etc.

      A company lost in attempts to grow

      Pros

      Vast work experience can be gained working here. Being a system integrator brings the chance to work in different industries with vastly different necessary skill sets. Depending on your role you have the ability to work from home, which is valuable in todays working world

      Cons

      Benefits are downright awful for families. Way too expensive. Wages are behind the times, especially for the stress and required travel on the job. Employee turnover is high, and management expects the remaining to pick up the slack in work with no compensation. Little to no extra compensation for extended travel.
