No vision Micromanagement The scrum master will make you hate your job Fake promises ( they said there will be a salary increase and nothing happened in more than a year) If they felt you are not needed anymore, they will kick you without a notice and they will not negotiate paying your the last salary

No room for creativity and learning. No basic benefits such as social and health insurance. You must use your own devices. Only implement what the CEO wakes up feeling like doing. Definitely not an employee-first workplace. Very bad management style of down-talking to employees when they are not performing instead of putting them on a performance plan. Some colleagues were fired for discussing different visions with CEO. Definitely an unstable workplace you can be given 2 days notice before being let go without any prior feedback. It’s really just a mess.
