Pros

You will get lots of holidays and leave. Infra was good. You will get frequent chances to go abroad (Short trips)

Cons

In 4 years of my career . I find around 200+ people was fired at different stages of my career. Some of my managers was forced to leave within a day. Its family driven company. You will see only family members In the top management position who have no capability to lead. Low salaries than standards. Skilled people will not stay here for long. Some of my colleagues insurance was also denied with non sense reason that it covers only something happen while in office.

1. Low level politics by seniors 2. Less pay 3. CTO is working as a HR, MD, Manager , TL, Line Manager etc.. but when you ask about technical difficulties (Anotation Projects) as she is chief technical officer she reffer to some random guy😐. 4. No job security. 5. As such no IT culture. 6. Even for the birthday celebration of CEO employees need to contribute means no funds for HR department as well.
