      Pros

      Good as a global brand to have on CV. Unfortunately few local offices are damaging the brand.

      Cons

      Highly incompetent management. High Nepotism. No value add to career. Extremely high politics that will affect your productivity and soon you would feel lost. Salary never comes on time. Seniors are extremely incompetent, unaware of their jobs and passes their failures to juniors to save themselves. There are better organisations in the market to join.
