Pros

The benefit of working with this organisation is the flexibility of a fully remote, which makes working from home enjoyable.

Cons

While working from home may seem like an absolute dream, the way individuals are treated negatively impacts their mental health, making it not worthwhile. Staff members often work over 30 hours with minimal or no compensation. Salaries are inconsistent each month, and more often than not, employees receive no pay at all.

Pros

You will find from this experience that literally anyone can be a director and have their own business, giving you some hope, if these people can then you definitely can! (Just make sure you do it the legal way and do not expect your staff to work for free or on illegal contracts)

Cons

This company, or should I say the man and lady behind it put people on commission based contracts, whilst this may seem ideal, everyone makes next to nothing and are lucky if they get commission of 200 pounds for a closed deal. This is unethical as it doesn’t meet the exemption and is labour. Gaslighting tactics are common, beware. These people are dangerous.
