      Pros

      A good stepping stone into further opportunities but I wouldn't stay longer than 6 months the toxicity mya rub off on you.

      Cons

      Misogynistic middle and upper management who like to belittle and condescend anyone on a lower pay grade in group settings. Extremely toxic culture. Ive left with PTSD from upper management pounding the desk with their fist in team meetings. Extremely unprofessional micromanagement checking your 'active' time on teams and checking your work under a microscope frequently. No room for progression with discriminatory dinosaurs in charge. Do not work here if you are from an ethnic minority or a woman. You will be subjected to more than you bargained for.
