      Pros

      Good for freshers to start with.

      Cons

      No proper hike to low level employees, but managers are getting hike every year as per their standards. Politics is in large scale. Except South Indian people others will be thrown out first from the company. Only buttering people can survive there. Managers are worst, they only need to take task out of you and no recognition. Even if you got praise from the client they won't give any benefits. Managers don't know how to behave with the employees. Very much Micro Management for low level employees only. Managers don't have any technical knowledge (Not all but most of them), they only do micro management work and MS Excel work. Never get appreciation even if you work hard.

      Pros

      The projects are good. Will help you gain exposure and experience. Good place to learn and start off the career.

      Cons

      Will take multiple rounds of interviews and promise to give you the offer letter after the interviews. After taking previous pay slips, the next day they will call you and tell you that they cannot give you the job. Such a waste of time.

      1) some of the colleagues are very friendly 2) without traffic we can reach the office 3) medical policy is Good 4)only for junior for one year learning is Good

      Cons

      1)Very bad bad....managers and directors 2) Worst team leads 3) who are ll in the team lead many of them don't know any thing technical, those people only will do the management and taking useless about employees in back 4) In hike they will talk like professional but all are just ..... no professional at all........ 5)simply they are bluffing the client 6)how much you keeping bucket that much you ll get benefits but that too only you should be in the level of holding there legs
