Sinking ship

Pros

EXSQ used to be a solid company, but not anymore. The owner sold half of it to Zonda last year and is trying to ditch the rest. HR and Marketing departments? Totally useless, but somehow making money without doing anything. Lucky as heck. The benefits suck—low pay, tiny raises, too much politics and nepotism, no cabs, and no projects. On the other hand, ZH has actually helped us grow. We feel respected, getting promotions, Cabs and our leaves got cashed out. I can actually see a real career here. If you are new better stay away from EXSQ, or you’ll just get hired and fired in no time.

Cons

Even though the GM is a decent person, he’s totally blind to what's going on. Half the company is just full of relatives of people who have good connections with him. They're gonna mess things up soon. The benefits? Yeah, they’re only for the VIP relatives. If you're not part of that group, forget about cabs, getting any shoutout for hard work in anniversary emails, no baby showers, no appreciation... basically, you're invisible.

Pros

Medical Insurance Free Food + Parking Space Award-Winning Fiction Writers Cutting-Edge Nano Management A thriving in-house content team dedicated to publishing imaginative fake reviews, ensuring the company always looks great online (at least on paper)

Cons

At first, I thought this was a solid 5-star company — a rare corporate oasis in Faridabad. A few months later, I realised I was actually on a guided tour of hell with air-conditioning. When you join a company, you expect to align with its values and ethics. Here, ethics are just a pretty wall art — Nice to look at, but never practiced. I am using a term called DOLT for a few outstanding employees of this organization who have become CEO's on there own. NOTE: I know you guys might try to Google the meaning of DOLT please lemme help you it's a Classic and blunt word used as a synonym for STUPID Nano Management, Mega Misery Forget micromanagement; this place has invented nano-management. Every BREATH is tracked, but actual direction or leadership?.... Missing. House of CEOs, No Leadership Every corner has its own self-declared CEO, whose main vision is destroying your mental health. The actual founder/GM/CRO? Completely unaware or conveniently blind. Work Culture?..... Think Kindergarten This is a corporate kindergarten where “senior” employees have spent 10 years perfecting the art of targeting others, gossiping, and controlling without contributing. The Freshers’ Trap Great for freshers who want a payslip and a year of experience. Within 1–2 years, Reality will hit — and you’ll run for the Exit. Derogatory & Toxic Environment Abusive language, sexist remarks, and foul behavior are part of daily vocabulary. Mental health isn’t even a concept here. Nepotism >> Talent If you came through connections, congratulations — WFH is possible, work is optional, and perks flow freely. If you didn’t, you’ll be overworked, underpaid, and blamed for everything. Managerial Politics at Its Peak Don’t dare to take credit for your own work without passing it to your manager first — unless you want to be labeled “the worst employee” in the next three months, in few cases, a PIP. Pay Disparity & Insults Same role, same experience — but salaries can differ by lakhs. Raises? You’ll get 5% if they’re feeling generous, accompanied by a lecture on how you “didn’t really do much.” INTERESTING FACTS. 1. Impressive creativity in fiction writing — employees excel at posting glowing fake reviews to boost the company’s rating. 2. When EX2 & Zoonda split, they made an employee list. Unfortunately, the final draft looked less like HR documentation and more like a family wedding guest list. 3. Forget performance reviews — here, the real KPI for some female employees is spotting who dared to wear the same dress or shade of lipstick 4. Here, certain employees are less interested in your work performance and more obsessed with your marital status, kids, and whether you own a car. Please, management, pay me more so I can give them a better story to discuss 5. Respect isn’t a prerequisite for promotion here — but a strong set of vocal cords to shout on floor seems to work wonders. I could easily write pages more, even list the names of those who body shamed employees, bullied me and wrecked my mental health — but honestly, I’ve already wasted enough time on this place. Wishing you all the best for the future… you’ll need it. Final Note If you value respect, mental health, and fair growth — avoid this sinking ship. I lost 1.2 years here, but I hope others can save themselves. You still have time. FRESHER can stay as you guys wont feel much
