boss is pos... degrades you in front of customers, pays below min wage, manufactures work done to cars just to sell them but never does the work. he cheats customers out of diagnostic fees tells mechanics drive them around the block and make a bogus list of things needed to be done. I can not work dishonestly, he would even cheat his own grandmother
