Pros

Pros of the company is slowly getting converted to Cons.

Cons

Work-Life balance is getting worse as the 9.25 hrs of average attendance has been introduced from it's parent company (orally & not officially), that too is audited quarterly. Hikes are getting worse, mainly divided into groups of 10%, 5% & 0%. Basically you can get a max of 10% & a min of 0%. Work from home is slowly becoming just a term in their "Benefits" & is now being rejected by almost all of the managers. Not a single WFH/month is being allowed by the managers.

Pros

1.At the time of joining most people get location preferences. 2.Food courts and cafeteria are decent. 3.Since it shares same facility as Infosys, infrastructure is better. 4.Salary paid promptly.

Cons

Lots to share from my experience. 1. Most lateral entries are not treated properly. 2. Previous experiences are not valued. 3. Management assigns unrealistic tasks to new joiners and question performance. 4. Lacks process oriented approach, which is a key to any IT firm. 5. Most new joiners quit before completing probation term that is 6 months. 6. Most managers are unfriendly. No proper induction or introduction will be addressed during anytime in the course of an assignment. 7.As a fact, even most people from Infosys for whom offer is rolled out for joining edgeverve are neglecting the offer despite good compensation hike from edgeverve. 8.Attrition rate is very high particularly for a new startup company. 9.Surviving just because of using the brand value of Infosys.

Pros

Good Work Life Balance. Work From Home Modern Tech Stack(depending on project) Independence to choose tasks and reasonable time to accomplish it. Helpful Colleagues

Cons

Though it is product based company but most of the things are like service based companies. The pay for freshers is very less. Infosys and TCS Digital roles pay more than this. Though the work and skill level expectation is much higher here. People who joined 2 years back haven't got any increment or promotion. There are people with 3 years+ of work experience are working for fresher salary (6.5lpa) . Manager will make all the reasons to not give you increment. Work quality is mediocre. There is zero Internal movement (IJP) possible though HR says every one is free do so. They created new IJP(FlyHigh) but they would not let people move internally any way. They would not let people with JL3B move to JL4 and would never post a JL3A job. The only people who are working in the company are freshers or the old people who joined the company many many years ago.
