1.At the time of joining most people get location preferences. 2.Food courts and cafeteria are decent. 3.Since it shares same facility as Infosys, infrastructure is better. 4.Salary paid promptly.
Cons
Lots to share from my experience. 1. Most lateral entries are not treated properly. 2. Previous experiences are not valued. 3. Management assigns unrealistic tasks to new joiners and question performance. 4. Lacks process oriented approach, which is a key to any IT firm. 5. Most new joiners quit before completing probation term that is 6 months. 6. Most managers are unfriendly. No proper induction or introduction will be addressed during anytime in the course of an assignment. 7.As a fact, even most people from Infosys for whom offer is rolled out for joining edgeverve are neglecting the offer despite good compensation hike from edgeverve. 8.Attrition rate is very high particularly for a new startup company. 9.Surviving just because of using the brand value of Infosys.
