ElectraNet has an employee rating of 3.9 out of 5 stars, based on 24 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
Hands down the best workplace I have experienced. The culture starts with the CEO, who is one of the most genuine and approachable leaders I’ve come across, and that tone filters through the entire organisation.
Employees are trusted to do their jobs and are treated like adults; if you work hard, do your job well, and contribute positively, it is recognised and rewarded. Remuneration is competitive, and there is a strong sense that the organisation values its people.
It’s a supportive environment where you’re encouraged to grow and succeed in your role. I know it may sound cliché, but after working in several other workplaces over the years, nowhere else has compared to the culture here.
Cons
I genuinely don’t have any major cons. Like any organisation there will always be areas that can evolve over time, but overall this is an exceptionally positive place to work.
Competitive salary
Lots of supportive, encouraging people who are genuine
Cons
Burnout is common, go above and beyond and not get recognised
A culture where going “above and beyond” is not something that’s recognised or rewarded fairly
Leadership decisions often feel disconnected from ethical or people‑centred considerations, intimidation is common
Leadership not genuine.
