      New tech, interesting domain, cross-skilling.

      Cons

      Company is badly run and poorly managed. Team morale is low. Have experienced and witnessed extremely unprofessional and rude behavior on numerous occasions.

      Terrible work culture that comes from the top

      Pros

      - resilient company with some really good people working here. - their social media/marketing/sales is quite good. The product doesn't often stand up to what you see on the marketing but the sales & marketing is a big part of why they've survived.

      Cons

      Staff turnover rate for such a small company is atrocious and is a reflection of how poor the work culture is here. Upper management don't seem to care about people at all, you're basically treated like a worker drone with unrealistic expectations so most people either burn out quickly and quit or get fired without any warning (often to cover the failings of their managers).
