Overworked and under paid for amount of work that is expected. Keep adding things to your plate and nothing is ever removed.

Some people can be a real pain No support on site depending on who your people leader is

Work-life balance can be challenging during critical project phases or deadlines. High-pressure environment with demanding schedules and expectations. Long working hours may be required depending on project needs. Frequent changes in priorities and site issues can create stress. Career growth can sometimes depend heavily on project availability and leadership structure. Large organization processes may feel bureaucratic at times. Travel or relocation may be required for certain projects.
