      Pros

      Increment is flat to all yearly And around 10% Lot of trainings but major are only soft skill. Severance allowance.

      Cons

      It called him self as product base company but it's actually run as service model. Even worst than service as no back up for any projects resources if in case BU quits. Lack of very basic standard process in software development and testing. Immature leadership team. Spending long time here will certainly not good for techi guys.

      A company with no motivation Cost cutting from water paper cup to internet bill to leave encashment to employee gathering events. Higher management doesn't listen to anyone Dominated by few hands favouritism Local people in all team so politics to save own positions HR even don't reply employees emails. Management behave like their own personal company.
