11yI apologize for your experience. I believe that employers bear the greater responsibility for ensuring future team members are a good fit for the culture and capable of performing the job. When someone is hired that is not ultimately a good fit, they are sure to have a bad experience and end up in transition. This is one of the reasons we give 2 weeks’ severance with full benefits to all Team Members that are laid off, regardless of how long they have been with the company. For job seekers: I don't want to be too critical about the comments in the post above, but want to give you the necessary information to evaluate them. 120VC has more demand for their services than we can hire to fulfill. We are always hiring Senior Project Managers. Therefore, if a client were to cancel a Project, it would be very easy to transition a PM that is performing to another Project. This is always preferred to bringing someone in from the outside.
