Being one of the World's largest consultancy's we also have the biggest clients and with them come the big, interesting (in my case) environmental projects, but also the willingness to really do something about it. In our neck of the woods we have many more exciting remediation projects that most of our very much larger local competitors. We use the latest remediation technologies and we bring in our international in-house experts to teach us how to manage the projects and techniques. Where else would you get this opportunity. Cons
Being such a large organisation means that it is a bit rigid and the admin is no laughing matter. Luckily we have very talented admin staff (big cheer and the Wave). The type of work we do requires not insignificant travel time and tight delivery schedules which does have an impact on the Work/Life Balance.
